Welcome to The Return to You A 7-week somatic (body-first) coaching experience for women who are tired of trying harder and ready to feel at home in their bodies again.

This isn’t another protocol or life hack.


It’s about coming back to your body’s truth—learning how to feel safe being you, and learning how to regulate the overwhelm, not bypass it.

I’ve been where you are. My journey with anxiety, identity, and burnout shaped me, and I’ve since helped women overcome similar challenges by reconnecting with their bodies. True healing happens when you learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, building resilience, safety, and a renewed sense of self.

Week-by-Week Journey:

  • Understand how stress shows up in your body—and why regulating your nervous system is the foundation for clarity, connection, and healing.


  • Stop reliving your pain through overthinking. Learn to decode the messages of your body and safely move through stored trauma without retraumatizing.

  • Learn the difference between true support and co-dependence. Explore the somatic roots of people-pleasing and fawning, and start reclaiming your energy

  • Your purpose isn’t something you chase—it’s what you feel when you’re regulated. Discover parts work, self-trust, and how to move with your inner resistance.

  • Unpack the emotional and physiological roots of binge eating, sugar cravings, and addiction to stimulation. This week includes nutrition tips to support regulation.

  • Reconnect with the part of you that didn’t need to earn love. Give her what she needed then so you can feel whole now.

  • Anchor your new tools, revisit the parts of you that feel clear, and map out sustainable rhythms for your nervous system, creativity, and joy.

Program Details:

  • 7 weeks of guided support with zero pressure to perform or “be on”

  • Weekly 90-minute group sessions (recorded)

  • Show up camera off, in your pajamas, just to receive.

  • You don’t have to share. You’re not here to work—you’re here to feel.

  • Gentle somatic tools + Cognitive Behavioral Technique-based practices

  • Private community space for connection and co-regulation

  • Access to a library of meditations, body-based exercises, and reflection prompts

  • Optional Voxer support for deeper integration.

What to Expect

We’ll meet once a week, with each session gently building on the one before it. There’s no pressure to show up any particular way—come camera off, in your comfiest clothes, just as you are. This is a space to receive, not perform.

Each session includes:

  • Grounded education to help you understand what’s happening in your body and why

  • Somatic practices like gentle movement, experiential meditation, and body-based tools to help release stress and move stored emotion

  • Time for Q+A and community connection, because co-regulation and support matter

  • Simple, accessible tools to help you integrate what you’re learning into real life—no perfection required

This isn’t just about learning—it’s about feeling different in your body, your mind, and your day-to-day life.

This is for you if:

  • You’re stuck in thought loops—constantly overanalyzing and second-guessing yourself.

  • You feel like you snap at the drop of a dime—or completely check out when challenged.

  • You’re exhausted all the time, but can’t seem to fully rest.

  • You people-please, procrastinate, or try to be perfect just to feel safe or “enough.”

  • You feel emotionally flat or anxious—even when nothing’s technically wrong.

This work isn’t about bypassing your mind. It’s about working with your body so the mind doesn’t have to carry everything alone.

In this program, we follow the R.O.O.T. Process—a four-phase journey designed to help you return to safety in your body, understand its signals, move through stored stress and emotion, and integrate sustainable change.

  • Sessions will start June 2, 2025 with sessions held every Monday from 6pm EST- 7:30pm EST

  • Yes, all sessions will be recorded and saved to your personal portal within 24 hours after each class.

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the program begins. A full refund will be provided in this time period.
