A woman sitting cross-legged on a wooden floor, with her hands clasped around her knees, looking to the left. She has curly hair tied up in a ponytail and is wearing a black t-shirt and beige pants.

Speaking

Let’s Talk About What No One Talks About.

I speak on what’s underneath performance, burnout, and inclusion — the body.

Why This Work Matters

We talk a lot about psychological safety. We talk about DEI. We talk about resilience. But we don’t often talk about how stress and trauma live in the nervous system — and shape every interaction we have at work.

If your audience is hungry for something deeper than buzzwords, I’m here for that.

My speaking isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation. A felt experience. And a wake-up call for what’s really driving disconnection, burnout, and dysregulation in your workplace or leadership community.

A group of people seated in a spacious, modern room with large glass windows, attending a presentation or seminar. There is a woman in a colorful shirt at the front with a laptop, and a large screen on a stand. The room has wooden floors and various seating arrangements.

Speaking Topics

I speak at keynotes, panels, fireside chats, and private leadership retreats. Top topics include:

  • Nervous System Health at Work

  • Why Psychological Safety Starts in the Body

  • Black Women and Burnout: The Hidden Costs of Code-Switching

  • Trauma-Informed Leadership

  • Marginalization as Chronic Stress

  • Sustainable Capacity and Co-Regulation in Teams

  • The Intersection of DEI and Somatic Awareness

Every session is designed to be:

✔️ Trauma-informed
✔️ Relatable, not clinical
✔️ Grounded in science and lived experience
✔️ Centered on all women, with care for Black women
✔️ Practical and interactive — because embodiment matters
