The Regulated Leader Lab

Many high-performing leaders operate from a dysregulated nervous system — making quick decisions, managing people, and juggling priorities while running on adrenaline, perfectionism, or pressure to perform. Even when they look composed, many are struggling with irritability, emotional reactivity, disconnection from their teams, or a feeling that “something’s off.” Traditional leadership tools don’t address this because they only work at the cognitive level.

The Regulated Leader Lab is a 6-week experiential program that helps leaders build capacity in the body, so they can lead from presence, not pressure. Participants learn practical nervous system tools to regulate under stress, shift emotional patterns, and reconnect to grounded, authentic leadership.

Restorative Resilience Series

This series is for mission-driven women, founders, caregivers, or professionals navigating burnout and identity shifts outside of corporate support. Many are exhausted, not because they’re weak, but because they’ve been living in systems that require over-performing, over-rationalizing, and suppressing their own needs. The result is often chronic stress, numbing, or questioning their purpose. When they seek help, they’re told to rest or try mindfulness—but they don’t know how to feel safe slowing down. This program provides a safe space to land.

Over the course of several weeks, participants learn how to process what their bodies are holding, build emotional capacity, and feel more energized, confident, and connected again. It’s not about doing more—it’s about healing the system that always thinks you should.
