The Regulated Leader Lab
A 6-Week Live Program for Leaders, Coaches & Mental Health Providers Who Are Done Thinking Their Way Out of Stress
Enrollment: October 13 - November 7
Program Dates: November 10 - December 15, 2025
You've Done Everything "Right."
So Why Do You Still Feel This Way?
You meditate.
You journal.
You've done years of therapy.
You work out consistently.
Maybe even do red light therapy and cold plunges.
On paper, you're doing all the "right" things.
But there's still something missing.
Let me know if this sounds familiar…
You feel disconnected and dissociated. You can't focus when you read, and you're always checked out.
You feel uncomfortable in your body, especially at work — like you take on a different persona automatically, out of your control.
You say things like: "I have no idea who I am anymore." Or "I've lost my lust for life."
You want to take your career to the next level, but you have no energy or time.
You work out, go to therapy, take coaching programs — but you still don't feel good or like you're making progress.
You have an unhealthy relationship with food and feel hopeless about it.
If you've started a business, you feel like a fraud on social media, desperate instead of organic and embodied in your work.
If you're leading a team, you're watching your people burn out and you want to model balance first — but you don't know how.
Here's what no one tells you:
Your brilliant mind can't think you out of patterns that live in your nervous system.
Your Body Already Knows How to Heal — You Just Need the Right Tools to Access It
Imagine waking up and actually feeling rested, not just "less tired," but genuinely restored.
Imagine walking into a difficult conversation and responding instead of reacting — grounded, clear, and calm even when the stakes are high.
Imagine trusting yourself completely — making decisions without weeks of second-guessing, speaking up without rehearsing, resting without guilt.
-
Imagine your team feeling your steadiness and mirroring it back — creating psychological safety not through frameworks, but through your regulated presence.
You deliver feedback without defensiveness. You de-escalate tense situations instead of adding to them. You pace yourself and model balance, preventing team burnout before it starts.
-
Imagine being able to hold space for intense emotions without absorbing them.
You stay grounded and attuned even when clients bring their heaviest stories. You pick up on subtle cues in body language and tone, responding from clarity instead of reactivity. Your clients progress more quickly because you're resourced, present, and able to co-regulate effectively.
-
Imagine bringing body-based regulation techniques into your sessions alongside your existing methods.
You help clients' bodies settle, which sends safety signals to the brain — making every other method you use that much more effective. And you do this without burning out or absorbing the weight of what you hold for others.
Step into The Regulated Leader Lab — here’s what unfolds in 6 weeks:
A deeper sense of peace, ease, and joy in your body
More desire for connection — feeling safe enough to be social and open
Being present in the moment instead of lost in worry or overthinking
Renewed energy and vitality throughout your day
Clarity of purpose and direction, both personally and professionally
Stronger sense of self-trust — knowing you can listen to your body and lead yourself forward
This is what’s possible when you learn to work with your nervous system instead of against it.
LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO…
The Regulated Leader Lab
A 6-week live program that teaches your body how to regulate, so you can lead from presence, not pressure.
Most development focuses on the mind while ignoring the body's role in stress and performance. But your tight shoulders, shallow breathing, and constant feeling of being "on" aren't just symptoms, they're where the real work needs to happen.
This is why meditation feels frustrating, why therapy gives insight but not relief, and why leadership frameworks make sense in your head, but fall apart under pressure.
Without a regulated nervous system, every tool stays intellectual. It can't reach the part of you that actually drives behavior.
"Regulated" is one of the most misunderstood words in wellbeing. It's not about staying calm, it's about being able to move fluidly through stress and returning to balance faster each time.
Whether you're a business leader, coach, therapist, or social worker, The Regulated Leader Lab helps you develop the capacity to move through stress without getting stuck, so your system can return to balance naturally.
Here's Everything You’ll Get:
-
Each session blends:
Education — neuroscience made practical and applicable to your real life
Practice — somatic tools that help you discharge stress and build regulation
Community — co-regulation in a safe container with others who understand
Can't make it live? Every session is recorded and available in your private library for 6 months after the program ends. Arrive late, leave early, or watch the replay — you'll still have access to everything.
-
Each week includes a detailed workbook that could stand alone as a mini-course. These aren't just worksheets — they're deep-dive resources for understanding and integrating the work. You'll have these to reference and revisit long after the program ends.
-
Access a curated collection of:
Video teachings on nervous system science
Audio-guided somatic practices you can use anytime
Journal prompts for integration
Bonus materials for continued learning
These aren't mandatory homework. They're there for you to explore at your own pace — some participants dive in right away; others come back to them months later when it feels right.
-
Ask questions, share insights, and receive support between sessions. Plus, dedicated Q&A time at the end of every live call so nothing goes unanswered.
-
Your learning doesn't end when the 6 weeks do. You'll have access to all recordings and materials for 6 months post-program — so you can revisit practices as you continue to integrate and deepen your embodiment.
-
In Week 6, you'll create your own integration plan — a customized roadmap for continuing this work in your unique life and role. This isn't a generic template. It's built specifically for you, based on what you've learned about your nervous system, your triggers, your patterns, and your goals.
You'll leave knowing exactly which practices to use when, how to apply them in high-stress moments, and how to continue expanding your capacity long after the program ends.
The 6-Week Journey:
WEEK 1
Foundations — Safety, Somatics, and Seeing Trauma Differently
Learn the language of your nervous system and why your patterns aren't personality flaws — they're intelligent survival responses your body created to keep you safe.
WEEK 2
Mapping Your Nervous System
Build your personal nervous system map to track when you're regulated vs. activated, so you can catch dysregulation before it hijacks your leadership, sessions, or relationships.
WEEK 3
Letting the Body Speak
Release stored emotions and complete stress responses through body-based processing — so anger stops spilling into emails, anxiety stops hijacking decisions, and tension stops fueling burnout.
WEEK 4
Integration & Relational Presence
Practice co-regulation with others and apply somatic tools in real-time, transforming how you show up in every interaction — from team meetings to therapy sessions to family dinners.
WEEK 5
Meeting Your Core Wounds & Protective Patterns
Trace people-pleasing, perfectionism, and other survival patterns back to their root wounds, then bring Self-leadership to those parts so they no longer run your life.
WEEK 6
Integration + Real-Life Application
Apply everything you've learned to your specific challenges and walk away with a personalized Somatic Integration Plan that keeps working long after the program ends.
Plus you’ll receive exclusive BONUSES!

“To invest in this type of healing can be life changing and help to get anyone back on a more positive trajectory.”
"As someone who has an MSW degree, and who is also certified in Holistic Health and Wellness [...] I can definitely attest to the depth of this work in helping individuals and families. [...] When participating in this workshop specifically, there is a unique knowledge base that accompanies it. Many people are not advantaged with access to this knowledge. [...] Years of being susceptible to this and the damage that it does to one's mindset, can be devastating. To invest in this type of healing can be life changing and help to get anyone back on a more positive trajectory."
— JENNIFER MALONE, MSW
"[Lauren’s] dissemination of information, the way you facilitate a learning environment, and the efficacy of the tools you offer are all 10/10."
“I just took your course, and I have to say your dissemination of information, the way you facilitate a learning environment, and the efficacy of the tools you offer are all 10/10. I now understand the science of why the tools you offered are so helpful. [...] We endure and hold so much and this was such an effective session. I will be using the tactics I learned to support me in addressing trauma responses I experience in work and in my life."

Hi, I’m Lauren Dike
I know what it's like to look capable on the outside while running on empty inside.
After years in corporate leadership experiencing the best development programs available, I kept asking: why couldn't I lead myself when I was struggling?
The programs taught me frameworks. But when anxiety and burnout took over, those tools couldn't reach me. My body was stuck in fight, flight, or freeze.
Even after years of therapy, I'd leave sessions clear in my head but still lousy in my body.
That's when I realized: our bodies don't care about frameworks — they care about safety, regulation, and completing stress responses.
"I thought I needed to manage my stress better or just push through. But my body was keeping score of every unprocessed emotion, every moment I chose productivity over presence. Real change only happened when I learned to work with my body, not against it."
Today, I'm a Certified Nervous System Regulation Specialist, Somatic Practitioner, DEI Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Wellness Consultant. My work has been trusted by Lululemon, The Honey Pot Company, Black Girls Code, NASA, and Fordham University.
I created The Regulated Leader Lab to help you go beyond knowing better and finally feel better — to lead from regulation where clarity, connection, and confidence come naturally, not through force.
Why Now?
Most people wait until the New Year or the summer to "make changes."
That timing usually reinforces the same urgency and fixing mindset that got you burned out in the first place.
Our culture tells us January is for resolutions and summer is for reinvention, while the holiday season is just for spending on food, alcohol, and gifts.
The truth is, the weeks leading into the holidays are when our nervous systems are most taxed — relational trauma, grief, family dynamics, and financial stress all heighten.
That's why this program is designed to begin before Thanksgiving and wrap up before Christmas.
By starting November 10th, you get:
Breathing room before the holidays
You'll establish safety, practices, and rhythm before Thanksgiving gatherings and year-end stressors hit. Instead of white-knuckling your way through family dynamics, you'll have tools to stay regulated in real time.
Momentum into the New Year
By December, you'll already have tools and body-based shifts in place. Instead of waiting until January to "fix" yourself, you enter the new year with capacity already built. You start 2026 resourced, not depleted.
Completion before year's end
The program wraps up before Christmas, so you're not juggling sessions with holiday travel, shopping, or family events. You finish strong, not scattered.
The most transformative holiday season you've ever had
Instead of just surviving the holidays, you'll move through them with more grounding, capacity, and connection. Family triggers won't hijack you the same way. Financial stress won't send you spiraling. You'll actually be present for the moments that matter.
You don't have to wait until you burn out completely to make a change.
You don't have to hit rock bottom before you invest in the foundation.
This is your moment.
The one where you finally choose yourself. Where you finally address the root instead of managing symptoms. Where you finally give your body what it's been asking for all along: safety, regulation, and the capacity to feel.
FAQs
-
Full refunds are available until November 8. After the program begins, payments are non-refundable to honor the commitment of everyone enrolled.
-
No. This is about less doing and more being. The practices are simple, short, and designed to fit into your life, not take it over. There's no mandatory homework. The goal is integration, not overwhelm.
We'll spend 90 minutes together once a week. The workbooks and resources are there for you to explore at your own pace — not as assignments you have to complete. In fact, I'll remind you throughout the program that overworking and overachieving can themselves be trauma responses. This work is about experimenting with what actually feels supportive in your body.
-
Regulated leaders make clearer decisions, communicate more effectively, build stronger teams, and prevent burnout — all of which directly impact performance and retention.
Regulated coaches and therapists create better client outcomes because they can hold space without absorbing stress. When your nervous system is steady, your work improves naturally.
Studies show that leaders who can self-regulate demonstrate:
40% improvement in decision-making quality under pressure
Significant increases in team psychological safety and trust
Reduced conflict escalation
Higher employee engagement and retention
For providers, being able to co-regulate with clients (which requires your own regulation first) leads to faster client progress and better therapeutic outcomes.
-
You already don't have time because dysregulation is stealing your energy, focus, and capacity.
Think about how much time you spend:
Overthinking decisions
Recovering from stress-induced crashes
Dealing with conflict that could have been prevented
Scrolling or binge-watching to numb out
Lying awake at 3 AM because your nervous system won't settle
This program doesn't add to your life — it gives you back the bandwidth you've been losing to stress and burnout. 90 minutes a week is less than two episodes of a Netflix show.
And here's the reality: you can join while walking on a treadmill, cooking dinner, or sitting outside. This isn't about adding more to your to-do list — it's about integrating healing into your real life.
-
Here's the thing: your fitness routine and wellness habits are built on top of your nervous system.
If your nervous system is dysregulated, you'll constantly fight against your body's responses. You'll override hunger cues, push through exhaustion, or quit when you don't see immediate results — because your body doesn't feel safe enough to trust the process.
This work creates the foundation that makes your fitness routine something you actually enjoy and can maintain long-term, rather than another thing you force yourself to do until you burn out and quit.
Many participants find that once they learn to regulate, their relationship with movement and food naturally shifts. They stop using exercise as punishment and start experiencing it as nourishment.
-
Knowing about regulation and having an embodied practice of it are two different things.
If you still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns despite "knowing" how to regulate, it means the knowledge hasn't made it into your body yet. This program bridges that gap.
You might know that deep breathing helps. But can you access it in the moment when your heart is racing before a presentation? Can you use it to shift from shutdown to engagement when you're dissociating? Do you know how to complete a stress response cycle, not just pause it temporarily?
This isn't about learning more information. It's about embodying the practice so it becomes automatic.
-
That's actually a sign of dysregulation — and it's exactly what this program addresses.
When your nervous system has learned that being in your body isn't safe (often because of stored trauma or chronic stress), it creates dissociation as a protective mechanism. You're not failing at "getting into your body." Your body is protecting you.
We work gently and slowly to help you build safety in your body first, not force your way in. We use tools like orienting, resourcing, and titration — approaches specifically designed for people who struggle to feel embodied.
You're not alone in this, and you're not broken. You just need the right tools.
-
If you're asking this question, you likely are experiencing dysregulation — you've just normalized it.
Dysregulation doesn't always look like panic attacks or breakdowns. It often looks like:
Constantly feeling "on edge"
Difficulty sleeping or always feeling tired
Getting irritable over small things
Struggling to focus or finish tasks
Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
Having a hard time making decisions
Eating emotionally or ignoring hunger cues
Working constantly but never feeling productive
If any of these sound familiar, your nervous system could benefit from regulation support.
-
Yes — in fact, this program is specifically designed to be trauma-informed.
We work at a pace that respects your nervous system's capacity. We use titration (working in small, manageable doses) and pendulation (moving between activation and settling) to ensure you're never overwhelmed.
You're always in control of your own experience. You can step back, pause, or adjust at any time. And the community container is designed to be safe, boundaried, and supportive.
If you have complex trauma or are currently in crisis, we recommend working with a therapist alongside this program. This is education and somatic practice, not therapy — but it can beautifully complement therapeutic work.
-
Therapy is powerful, and this complements it beautifully.
Therapy typically focuses on understanding patterns mentally — the "why" behind your behaviors. This work addresses the nervous system patterns that drive both your emotional responses and your behaviors — the "how" your body stores and responds to stress.
Many participants find that their therapy becomes more effective once they learn to regulate their bodies. The insights they gain in therapy finally have somewhere to land. The cognitive work starts translating into felt change.
If you've ever left a therapy session feeling clear in your head but still lousy in your body, this is why. And this is what we address.
-
The holidays are also when stress, relational trauma, and financial pressure peak.
What if instead of spending money on things that provide temporary relief — gifts you feel obligated to buy, food and alcohol to numb the stress, or emergency therapy sessions to process the fallout — you invested in tools that help you navigate this season and every season after with more ease?
One aligned decision made from a regulated nervous system can generate far more than this program's investment. One conversation you don't blow up. One business opportunity you don't pass on because of anxiety. One relationship you don't damage because you're reactive.
And consider this: how much are you already spending each month on therapy, supplements, fitness memberships, apps, and other attempts to feel better? Most people spend $750+ in 6 months on these things combined. This gives you the foundation that makes all of those investments actually work.
-
Yes. This work is rooted in neuroscience and somatics, not any particular spiritual or religious framework.
While some somatic practices have roots in various traditions, we focus on the science of how the nervous system works and how to regulate it. The tools are accessible to anyone, regardless of faith background.
Many participants actually find that this work deepens their spiritual practice because they can finally be present enough to connect with it.
-
While there may be some overlap in principles (body-based practices), this program goes much deeper.
We're not just adding techniques to your toolkit. We're teaching your nervous system how to regulate at a foundational level — understanding the science behind why these practices work and how to apply them in real-time, in the moments that matter most.
You'll learn to track your nervous system states, discharge stored trauma, complete stress response cycles, and build capacity for handling stress — not just calm yourself down temporarily.
Think of it this way: EFT and yoga can be helpful tools, but if you don't understand what's happening in your nervous system or why your body responds the way it does, you're limited in how you can apply them. This program gives you the foundation to make any body-based practice more effective.
-
Every session is recorded and available in your private library for 6 months after the program ends.
Life happens. Kids get sick. Work emergencies come up. You might have low capacity some weeks. That's completely normal and expected — and exactly why we've built in flexibility.
You can watch the replay at your own pace, pause when you need to process, and revisit sections that are particularly relevant to you.
-
Yes — because this program is designed for busy, stressed people.
We're not asking you to carve out hours of practice time or drastically change your schedule. We're teaching you tools you can use while you're already doing things: walking, cooking, commuting, sitting in meetings.
In fact, the more stressed you are, the more you need this foundation. Waiting until you're "less busy" means you'll stay in the cycle of dysregulation indefinitely. There's never a perfect time. But there is a right time — and that's when you recognize the pattern needs to change.
-
You have until November 9th (one day before the program starts) to request a full refund, no questions asked.
This gives you time after enrolling to sit with the decision, review the pre-program materials, and ensure this feels right. If it doesn't, you get your money back.
After the program starts, no refunds will be honored. This protects the container and ensures everyone who shows up is fully committed to the work.
